My "full" receptor definitely is out of wack, but I never thought about that Lisa...I am getting in the vitamins atleast. As of today I'm back on the clear liquids and making sure I do measure EVERYTHING...thanks so much for responding Lisa, I was over here in a panic! But what you said makes alot of sense to me..I will definitely respect my pouch more!
