i've been waiting....

and it finally happened! I wasn't cold today! lol YAY!!!! I was even out in shorts and a tank top sweating my butt of doing yard work!!!

Hope you all were able to stay warm today too

wasn't it awesome??  It got up to 88 up here in northeast susquehanna county!

I can't wait to be able to do the yard work, especially all the bending/pulling without being completely exhaused when I'm done... I just did a little patch (we have 5 acres) and I'm ready to collapse....

You aren't far frrom my Grandparents!!! There are in Jackson - not too far from Susquehanna! I'll be up there Memorial Day more then likely - to do their yard work lol

OMG you probably drive right past my house on the way... I'm actually outside New Milford on 492~  Jackson is only 5-6 miles up the road... I'm right before Page's Lake in Lakeside....

Lets see - I know I either pass Page's farm going to their house or their cabin. I get off of 81 at LEnox and come down is that 92 or 492 then make a left onto the other one at the church. They are at the top of the hill near the dairy farm!!

If you get off at Lenox I believe that is 92... if you get off at New Milford that is 492... the two intersect there at the Catholic church...

Page's farm/pond is different from Page's lake... Page's farm is out IN Jackson... the lake has it's our "town" Lakeside... that is where I live...

Admittedly I don't know much about Jackson even though it is so close!  We never "go that way" unless going to drop off the kids at a friend's house or something.  Being so far out in the country there isn't anything in Jackson so we head to New Milford or Hallstead for things like shopping/socializing....

Did you grow up around here or just your grandparents live here?

ETA:  I just reread your post and "think" that if you turn left at the church, you're coming back towards me... is the dairy farm before or after a huge curve in the road?

I got a mani/pedi - not quite yard work, but it was fun!

holy crap it is going to hit 90 today and 92 but it say for where I work it will only 89 both days lol... that is just crazy... I'm going to try hard not to turn on the AC... going to try hard... but I hate being hot... I rather sooo be cold lol...
