Cheers to all
As I was reading this am's messages, I was excited for all those who are seeing their first real weight loss since surgery, or some loss preop liquid diet. I had my surgery 2 years ago in April. It was bringing back memories of the high level of excitment, some fear and a strong dose of determination that "this time" I was going to get it right, and succeed with my weight loss goals. springtime has always instilled in me a sense of renewal. I just want to say congrats to everyone who is hanging in there, perhaps the surgery was long ago, I'm sure we have all experienced a few bumps in the road, our level of commitment may have wavered at times, and our feelings of success may have deminished. I think we should all view ourselves as a big wow moment just because we are here, sometimes slogging onward, sometimes striding forth with joy, encouraging each other on. So here is to all of us, I wish everyone a good week and a good month of May. Lets all try to keep our health a priority : Protein-water-vitamins-exercise. Oh, and don't forget STEP AWAY FROM THE REFINED CARBS!
