what can i take for an upset stomach>

I am on vacation and have an upset stomach. I know pepto is a no no, but what about immodium? Can someone please advise?

 hi sarah, sorry ur having tummy troubles... my surgeon put me on RANITIDINE 150MG twice a day for 3 months following surgery... its available without precription in 75 mg tablets.. i highly recommend it.. an its not expensive. like $4 a bottle at most pharmacy's.. hope this helps, feel better soon...
