hey there.  it's really simple.  mix ricotta or greek pudding with s/f pudding mix.  I usually do 2-4 servings at a time (a 1/2 cup of ricotta or greek pudding - sometimes that is too much and a 1/4 c is a serving depending on prissy pouch).  You just open the pudding package and start shaking some in.  You'll "know" when you have enough mixed in (too much it gets gunky and not enough is bland tasting).

I usually top with a few berries and/or nuts and a small dollop of s/f, f/f cool whip.

Voila!

You only THINK?????  GEEEZ.  I thought the recipe was better than that.  LOL.  I am so glad you enjoyed it!!!  It's my favorite dessert to "play" around with.  So many flavors of s/f pudding, so little time.  Actually so little pouch room.  LOL.  I had forgotten about pistachio, that's a yummy one!

You're very welcome!  I'm so glad it worked out well for you.  That's what always surprises me - how filling it actually can be!

I'm going to Vegas on Monday for a week and then coming back to a 5 day pouch test. This will certainly be on my menu. Sounds YUMMY.
