i am down 38!!!! lol every little bit counts

Down 150 - 155.
Like to stay in the 210 - 215 range
Which works for me
Any less I look ill or have a time maintaining
I'm 5' 11 3/4"
BMI is 29.2 (overweight) from 48.8 (morbidly obese)
I'm satisfied
