I don't post alot either but when I stopped by and read that you had lost 200 pounds I was amazed!!!!  Congratulations to you!!!!!!  I see the change in you at each meeting.  You are an inspiration to me!  I have lost about 112 pounds so far but still have a bit to go so when I hear the big numbers it always catches my attention and helps me to go on.
