9 months today.....and hit a milestone

I dont post alot but read all the time here. That said Im feeling great today b/c today is 9 months from my surgery and ive lost 141 lbs. Add to that the weight loss pre op for a grand total of 200 lbs on the nose this morning ( since jan 21 08) . Seemed so ironic I felt like it was worth sharing . -Patrick

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!
