Your welcome to come to the Phoenixville Support Group the first Wednesday of each month at 7 PM in the cafeteria of Phoenixville Hospital.

I too had my surgery by Dumon.  I live in Phoenixville and I attend the support group at Phoenixville Hospital.  It is held on the first Wednesday of every month at 7pm in the cafeteria.  It is really nice and a small group.  I understand your disappointment about the support grp down at Penn.  I think I go because I see how well I'm doing compared to the cronic complainers down at Penn!!!  Hope to see you at Phoenixville.  When was your surgery?

I know its already been suggested, but you are welcome to come to the Phoenixville group.  Also, I work in Malvern and live outside of Phoenixville, so if you ever want to car pool up to Barix, you are welcome.  Or, if you just need anything, let me know, I am nice and close...we could just get together.

First I'd like to attend the Phoenixville group...it's so convenient!  Nonetheless I'd be interested in meeting all the Barix folks...you all seem like family!  Carpooling to Barix would be wonderful!

 OH YEAH...another poster said that the post-op group meets on both Tue and Sat.  Which do you usually attend? Please keep me posted.  Thanks!

Post op is actually the 3rd Wednesday of the month (the 2nd tuesday is the pre op meeting).  Saturdays are for everyone, but run about 4 or 5 hours.  I haven't been getting to many because of other plans, but I usually try for the Wednesday nights.  I just looked at my calendar and will NOT be able to go to either in May, but should be able to make at least one of them in June.
