Thursday Roll Call
Hi all. I am about to leave work and wanted to post.
I am hoping to get some sleep and then be up early to drive down to NC. I will be online some but not as much because I will be at my moms and dont want to hog her computer. So just wanted to say I hope you all have a nice end of the week and weekend.
I will check email if you need anything. I am happy to be seeing family and friends and I hope the drive is uneventful. Send me some positive road angel vibes LOL.

Can you believe it's going to be in the 60s the next couple days???? Shorts time!!!
Today is knitting club and my first herbal guild meeting at our local B&B. I am excited about getting back involved.
I think I will sit outside some today and enjoy the nice weather.

Nicole, have a great trip. NC is my home and I miss it terribly. I love it down there.
Today, I have an NST at 8:00. an Iron Iv Infusion at 9:00, then go to see my OB at 10:00. Busy morning but I wanted everything back to back so I can go home afterwards.
The afternoon will be nothing, probably a nap after all that this morning. Any activity these days makes me exhausted. LOL.
This evening will be just hanging at home, probably going outside for a little and making dinner. Hope everyone enjoys some sun today. I am so happy the weather will be better the next few days!

As for me - if you read my post last night I am down - I think that I am going to step back and take some time for myself and "family" time. I will still be here but may not post as much. If you need to get me there is always e-mail or call me.
Today I am working until 4 then I am going to do something I enjoy, I am going to stop and buy some flowers for the new bed Chris is going to put in for me a long the house. Then home to rest.

Today I got up very early for me. Garry's alarm went off at 5:30 and I couldn't go back to sleep. So I gathered the million loads of laundry I have and threw in a load to get the day started. The boys are still sleeping. So soon it will be time to get my nephew up and make his lunch and get him out the door. Then it's Connor's turn.
After getting the boys off to school, it will be time to jump in the shower and get all pretty for my SIL's wedding. She's getting married today by the Justice of the Peace at 11:45. We're all very happy for her. They're expecting a baby in June!!! So it's time to celebrate today.
Tonight will be baseball practice for Connor. He gets his uniform and then opening day had been rescheduled for Saturday. So glad it's going to be warm!!!! Can't stand this weather we've been having. BRING ON THE WARM WEATHER!!!

Good morning everyone - safe travels to NC, Nichole. My BFF lived in Wilmington a long time and we've ventured down that way several times - its a lovely town - enjoy your visit and you should have good traveling weather.
As for me I'm up and at work - still trying to get everyone back into a routine at home with my mom's return - I think the dog and I are having the hardest time adjusting!! We did take a walk this morning and that felt good - haven't been doing that since she's been gone.
It was a beautiful walk - cold but at least not raining and the day is supposed to warm up and hopefully we'll get the beautiful weather they're promising us over the next few days.
Tonight after work I am going to Curves to see about joining - my other gym membership has expired and I don't want to rejoin - just never felt comfortable there, but I think I will feel more at home at a place like Curves. Wish me luck!

Hey Nicole and PA.. have a safe trip to NC and enjoy family time!
This morning, I am SORE (mostly in my a$s).. I went to my first spinning class last night. HOLY CRAP! I went a bit early to have the instructor show me how to set up the bike and to let him know it was my first time there. VIRGIN SPINNER>> be gentle! LOL!!! So, he helped me set up the bike and told me how the stuff worked. Then he told me that I would not be able to keep up with him, but as long as I kept moving that was what mattered. Well, I kept moving... for an HOUR!!! That is the most exercise I have EVER done in my life. The instructor came over to me after to see how I did. I told him I kept moving and he just suggested that I keep coming to his class and the BEGINNER class so I can get used to it. I will.. I just have to get used to having a bike seat in my crotch and learn how to balance myself to do the standing parts.
Afterwards, my friend showed me how to use 2 of the ab machines and I worked my abs. Then she showed me the eliptical and another machine that is similar, but I don't know what it is called. We didn't work out on those because we were wiped from the hour of cardio, but at least I know how to use them now. All in all, it was a very productive time at the gym.
TODAY, has me going to synagogue this morning for the last day of Passover!! YAY!!! Then, I need to come home and work for 4 hours. After work, I will be making dinner and then dropping Siehara off at a friend's house so I can go to bingo. I didn't go last week since that was the beginning of Passover. I miss it when I don't go. It is also my friend Paula's birthday and she goes to bingo, too. So, I need to stop somewhere along the way to pick up a card for her.
It will be busy busy for me today and I need to get through it while managing the literal pain in my arse. BUT, the sun is shining so that makes it all more bearable!!!
