Comcast

I just switched to Comcast last week because my son wanted a faster internet connection (He's paying for it too which is a plus!).  When I was checking out the demand channels I stumbled upon Exercise TV!  I check it out and its pretty cool.  I know what I'm going to be doing after work tomorrow.  Has anyone else checked it out?

WE had comcast before we moved and the exercise channels were great! saves the $$ of buying all those DVDs!

PS - you can try new things without looking like a bonehead in the gym too! lol

My boss told me about that channel a few weeks ago and I checked it out - you have to weed thru them, tho, because some are basically infomercials but she said there are a lot of good 1/2 hour work-out routines on there. Good luck!

   I have used them and tell people all the itme about it because it is a good source of exercise if you do't want to head to the gym..They have a lot of variety and they switch them upo every few weeks as well.....

Wow is that commercial annoying!

I hadn't seen the exercise channel!  That is cool-  I will look for it this evening :)
