stickin to the basics - thursday
Good Morning All - I have found myself eating to soothe my emotions lately so I am going to try very hard to get back on track. The crackers/pretzels/crunchy salty carbs have taken a strong hold...
B: lite english muffin with cream cheese, fage with blackberry preserves
S: cheddar cheese
L: 1/2 roast beef sandwich
S: ricotta
D: beef stir fry
S: piece of sugar free jelloish type pie - I'll post the recipe when I think of it - super easy - super yummy!
Starting the morning with 32oz of decaf iced coffee with splenda and skim, then I'll move on to at least 40 ounces of water and another 32 or so ounces of decaf unsweetened iced tea when I get home.

I drink 3 - 4 32 oz. decaf crystal light a day
take in the morning as soon as I wake up B-12, stool softener, iron, vitamin A
one hour later Vitamin C, Multi Vitamin, Calcium
Evening Vitamin C, Multi Vitamin, Calcium

B: Sausage & egg burrito and sfvic
S: Banana
L: Meeting friends at Ruby Tuesday's - probably a salad
S: Hmmm...maybe sf pudding - found a new one - Chocolate Eclair - YUMMMMM
D: Boneless pork chop; sauerkraut; veggie of some kind
S: Nuts (I'm hooked...)
Vitamins: 2 Multi-vitamins; 2500 mg B12; 1 calcium citrate
Oh yes, and lots and lots of water - I drink it all day and at night treat myself to a tall glass of my homemade half caf splenda ice tea (but not til 1/2 hour at least after I have dinner)
