Stickin to the Basics - Wednesday

Good Morning All! I am feeling kind of crummy so this is all subject to change!

B: bacon, egg, cheese on an english muffin
S: cheddar cheese
L: chicken and broccoli
S: spinach dip and a few pretzels
D: steak and broccoli
S: maybe a protein shake or some pudding

What's on your menu today??

Oh and I usually start my morning with 24 ounces of decaf coffee with skim milk and splenda and then move on to many many ounces of water and have decaf unsweetened ice tea with lime when I get home.

I haven't posted this for awhile. And I am not "cooking" lately, so it's tough to stay on track! Johnny's cooking skills are limited to the grill or getting take out! LOL

B: scrambled eggs
S: NSA apple sauce
L: pre-made chicken breasts and angel hair pasta
S: banana
D: ?? Depends on if its still raining, if not I will have Johnny throw some steaks on the grill.
S: popcorn

L: Lite turkey w/cheese on arnold bakery round; grapes
S: SF pudding
D: Have no idea...

L:  soup...great day for soup! and fresh veggies
S:  sf pudding
D:  turkey burger and fresh veggies
S:  sf fudge pop

and lots and lots and lots of WATER!  Yesterday I drank over 100 ozs!
