Egg Salad

Well thanks to Lore and breaking open all of her dyed hard boiled eggs... I had to make egg salad... now I personally think it is nasty and gross... and very slimy lol... But, Jeremy likes it... so since I don't eat it... I didn't know what was in it... so after much looking for a basic recipe... wow! I didn't realize that there were versions! lol I always just add onion, mayo salt and pepper. I don't realy like it either - about once a year I get a craving, take 2 bites and I'm done!

Egg whites kind of gross me out - it's a texture thing but thanks for sharing because I have over a dozen in the fridge and Chris wants egg salad.

yeah i agree nasty texture... bleck... but at least I can make 2 hubbies happy lol... Lore calls them bunny eggs... so I made her bunny egg sandwiches lol...

Some of these recipes look a little questionable , especially since I'm such a plain jane when it comes to sandwich salads.  My egg salad consists of eggs, mayo, salt, pepper & a little dry mustard.  So...I'll try to remember a saying someone once told me:
"don't yuck someone else's yum"
