Last Supper(s)

Strangely enough, I didn't have the "last supper" syndrome before surgery, but I have had it at other times, so I know where you are coming from.

A little fear is a good thing...its when we become complacent that we have a problem.  You will have to work hard to not gain the weight back...we all do.  This is a good place for support...never  hide your fears or struggles...share them.  One, its important for your success and two, it helps others to see that we all struggle.  The important thing is to take what you learn and run with it.  there are many old wise ones around here that have "been there, done that" and are willing to share their knowledge.

Like Nicole said, consider therapy.  Its a great way to uncover what makes us tick.

You are going to do great!
