WOW MOMENT

I had my surgery on Nov 3rd, so I am  5 1/2 months out.  Saturday I went shopping.  I bought a size 8 jean, and a size 10 dress pant.    I cant believe the changes.   I never thought I would see a 10 let alone an 8.   I have lost 70 lbs.  I feel great, my labs are great.  This is one heck of a journey with ups and downs.  I still have trouble with some foods but I keep trying them.  Chew chew chew.  Thank you for all the support.  I dont post often but I read all yours and appreciate all your ideas.   Thanks for being here.
