Sticking to the Basics - Monday
OK so I am sure that we all need to do some damage control today after the holiday weekend! I did OK but there were definately more carbs in my life...
B: whole grain english muffin
S: cheese and a few crackers
L: I need to pick something up - either chicken or a salad

D: not sure - I forgot to pull something out, maybe just leftover pork roast, if there is any!

Yes Liz, while I wasn't tempted by chocolates or jelly beans I did manage to do my share of munching on carbs - lots of people around - some stress - all contributes, doesn't it. Anyway, I'm actually glad to be back at work today and back on a 'plan'
