Debi and I have been talking about when and where to have our meetings.

I have been searching for a place that will work out for everyone and be a long term meeting place. I have not found that place yet but we have not had a meeting in a few months, so we are having one this month.

April 20th at 7pm. at Hooters on Route 1 and 202.

I am hoping to have an answer from the owner of my office about meeting at my dental office, but he has been busy with person drama so I have not gotten an answer.

If you have questions or need directions please give me a call.

I don't live in the area, so I don't know if it's an option.  But, is there a Wegman's or some other grocery store that has a sit down area?  I am in the Sisterhood for our synagogue and we have all of our monthly meetings at Wegman's.

Something to think about

The Wegmans is not in the "middle" which is what I was going for. Hooters will not be our normal meeting place but until I find a place, this will work for this month. I dont think we have met since December or maybe even November.
If all else fails we will move the meeting to Genuardis near my work, because it is in West Chester and they have a sit down area.

Hello Jen,
Depending on how many are planning to show up we might be able to meet at Starbucks.  (North or South of Hooters)
There is a Borders Books on Rt. 1.  Do they have places to sit like B & N has?  McKenzie Brew is down there as well.
Just thinking, Jackie in Coatesville

I am starting to think that Hooters is not a very popular idea. LOL

I am open to ideas, so please keep them comming.

Hooters works for a starting place - some of the Starbucks aren't very large, although the one at Glen Eagle shopping center is a pretty decent size. McKenzie's Brew House isn't the best place in the world - they can get a rough crowd in there. There is a Barnes & Noble or Borders at Brinton Lake - not sure they have a coffe/sitting area there or not. There's a Ruby's there, too - that might be a decent place to meet.

Let's stick to the Hooters for the 20th for now - I have an appt for a mammo at Brinton Lake medical center the same day - if I can find someone I'll ask if we could possibly use their meeting room. Crozer Keystone owns the buildling and they have their own WLS support group meetings there twice a month - not sure they'd let us use it or not, but it doesn't hurt to ask, right?

Thank you Kathy, that does help alot.

I was so busy at work today that I did not ask again about meeting there.  But I am hoping that will work out. I can just facebook for 2 hours after work that day... LOL
