does it come in different flavors? or how do you eat it? Out of the container? Sorry for sounding so dumb Pam.

Yes, it comes in different flavors - however - all except for the plain nonflavored one has a ton of added sugar.  The plain one is ok and is just natural "dairy" sugars.

People use all kinds of things to eat it.  Splenda and sf jelly, splenda and fruit.  I've heard of people using a little bit of sf jello crystals or crystal lite crystals.  I personally use the sf davinci syrups and fruit.

Plain it tastes like sour cream - not fun to eat out of the container plain - however - it can be used like sour cream on things like mexican/spicy food or in dips.

Hi Pam:

Thanks for the information about the yogurt. I went and picked some up and I like it alot with da vinci as well... the sugar free chocolate. Did know if you were aware that Chobani's website had a coupon for $.50 off of 6.

Thanks,
Chanel
