sticking to the basics - Thursday!
OK so this isn't a model day for me but I'll be honest at least!!
2+ years out
B: 1/2 bagel with cream cheese
S: decaf coffee with skim milk
L: 1/2 roast beef sandwich on cibatta bread
S: chocolate pudding
D: salmon or cheeseburger
S: protein shake
OK So this day isn't terrible but is too high in the bleached carbs!

Good Morning Ladies! Dont beat yourself up Liz, we all cant be perfect all the time, i wish i was!!!
Mostly liquid soft foods for me
B:hard boiled egg mushed up
S:fruit smoothie w/protein powder
L:tuna w/light mayo/w/light cheese and sf pickles purred
S:?
D:tilapia with sauteed onion and garlic with light olive oil w/ navy beans yellow squash and spinach in a garlic sauce
Sounds like alot to me ihope i can eat it all!!!
