I reached my goal weight today!!!!!!!!!!!

congrats on the "goal" now the real work begins as you maintain your loss and continue to live a happy, healthy, and productive life style!
I will say - be prepared for a short amount of time where you DO look sick. I think many who have gotten towards goal or at goal have been there. IT seems, at least to me, that the body has to "catch up" and redistribute some weight at some point. I didn't change sizes, OR weight but at one point my face looked drawn and sickly....and then it didn't any more and my mid section flattened out and I dropped a size in pants. It was beyond weird.
Anyway - keep working the tool and congrats congrats congrats!

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses. 
Thanks for the info Pam. I have to get my hip replaced in June and I am scared that will make me lose weight. As long as the sick look doesn't last long I am fine with it. Part of me would like to see my weight in the 150's but I am happy where I am at...at least for now...lol.
5'9 and a size 6...I love my tool.
