my 3 year bandiversary! What an incredible and amazing journey. I have 3 races scheduled in the next 8 weeks. If someone would have told me I would be a runner (and like it) 3 years ago - I would have told them they were crazy. I can't imagine where I would be if I didn't have this surgery.

Thank you all for your support and friendships and thank you Dr. Brader for being a great coach!

Thanks Nicole. I never read how your support group meeting went at LGH. Wendy asked me to come out in May to represent the band. I am kind of nervous about it but I told her I would do it. Do they have a big group?

Beth. I am speaking again in July so that should be fun. It was scary because there were around 140 people there. They had to put a mike on me and it was a little overwhelming. But it was good too, they are so desperate for knowledge and have so many questions. You will do fine.
