Thursday Roll Call
Today had me rushing since i woke. Been working all week. My posion Ivy is starting to dry out and I could not be happier. But the itching is driving me insane. Tonight im relazxing and making Easter baskets for the kids and some friends children. Then its off to bed at a decent hour. I am one of the unlucky ones and we have to work tomorrow. This is the only thing i hate about my job we get 4 days off a year. Which sucks!! Christmas, Thanksgiving, New years day, and 4th of july. BLAH
I hear ya...except we get no days off including weekends :( Granted, I don't have to work EVERY holiday, but I am guaranteed at least a few of the following: Christmas eve, Christmas day, New years eve, New Years day, Easter, Memorial Day, fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving eve, Thanksgiving, day after Thanksgiving Not all of them are holiday pay but over nights are a little different...so I include them
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses. 
I too have the day off. DH has two appointments and then its a little housework and a long walk. Then I will probably just play some mindless computer games to relax. I work in a grocery store so Friday and Saturday will be madness for us. Everybody seems to wait until the last minute for everything. Like Kathy said I am so glad for the job security. My girlfriend is a manager at Walmart. She was there on Christmas eve and had a 45 minute discussion with a customer who wouldn't drop the subject as to why they didn't have any Wii Fits at 11pm on Christmas eve.
