Thursday Roll Call

I'm sorry to hear about the horrible crisis call and so much work related stress. I'm glad you are home. Have fun with the hair! I think you would look good with a brown with red highlights or something...I dunno though :)
Anyway I'm actually quite busy today!
A bunch of us are going out to "dinner" after work (IE breakfast) so that'll be fun. I know they've done this before - it's the first time I've been invited though
Then on the way home from that I'll finally stop at the grocery store for some loose end type stuff.
Once home, hubby will be up and he's gonna put the food away and what not. I have a bunch of prep work to do as I have no other yogurts/ricotta cheese made up and that means I won't eat it.
I also need to get a bag packed for jersey. Normally that is a one two job but this week I have some extra stuff to take to my parents house plus I need to leave certain things home for Brian so I will actually need to pay attention to what I am doing.
By then I'm assuming it will be around noon and to bed I will go! At least the morning will be nice and then I'll get to see hubby for awhile. He's been pretty cute lately which is awesome!
Anyway I'll stop boring you now!

As for me well I am off for Easter holidays until Tuesday!!! So yay!!! I am going to catch up on things around the house and what not. We are having family over on Friday for an housewarming/Good Friday dinner so I have to CLEAN!! Plus I am still loooking for the perfect Ricotta pie recipe...I heard Lesley might have a good one so I will hit her up forit soon!! My Gram used to make one for me every year till she passed...and my hubby has never had one but I want to make one that is good for me to eat too!! So I think I may just switch out the sugar with Splenda and see how that goes....eeek. Cooking my not be my forte but I do love to bake!!
Then I have to fill out paoerwork for my graduation since I am in the final course and then a research project for my MBA so I want to get a jumpstart on that stuff since all the paperwork has to be in by April 15th...yay! Today I am going to try and get the laundry done and put away too. Then just relax????? Maybe!!! LOL Oh and I def want to get my hour in on the treead mill too....I love a nice day off!!
Sorry this so long!! I just get so excited when I get a chance to sit and post here and not just read through real fast!! Oh Ican't wait till summer!!! LOL

Well, today I have to get ready for tomorrow. I got wet noodle whipped from my dance teacher in NY saying I better not be using their dance steps so I need to reorganize my class so that everything is totally different.
I also have the first REAL support meeting tonight. I was thinking about what to say and I felt impressed to tell them my story and what brought me to this very place. Then have a fun activity. I will do the same on Saturday if we have new folks. This is it!
Other than that, I want to just chill today.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.
morning all.. today is Thursday and the first "official" day of Passover. Today SHOULD have me getting up and ready for synagogue, but since I took off 4 full weeks and 2 weeks of 1/2 days, I thought I'd better not try to get more time off of work. SOOOOO, today has me working 7-3:30, as usual. Siehara is home right now, but may have a play date later. I have to call the mom and see what we can arrange. After work, we are heading over to our friends David and Sarah's house for 2nd night seder. That's really it for me. During the day the maintenance guy will be coming in to check on my fridge.. it is freezing stuff on the top shelf and it is set on the warmest setting. He thought he fixed it yesterday, but it looks like it is still doing it. Not sure what that means.. new fridge? new part ? I don't care which it is, but this just proves my point to myself that I didn't want the headache of the house and would go back to renting!!!

Good morning everyone - have fun picking a new hair color, Nicole - I just had mine done and went darker underneath with blonde highlights - always good to freshen the look and with spring coming (soon hopefully) I thought a change would be good.
I'm at work - its 'Friday' for me since we're closed tomorrow for the Good Friday holiday. Was busy last night with last minute prep for my family coming today - mom is returning home after a 3+ month visit to my sister in Florida, so I'm anxious to have her home in two ways - I do miss her, but its been nice having my husband and my home to myself for a change (she's been with us 18 years). Anyway, it'll be a very busy weekend and I'm looking forward to it.
Other than that not much new on my agenda...just working and hanging out, thankful I have a good job and thank the man upstairs every morning on the way to work for it! Had my annual review with my boss yesterday and that went very well, although at the end she apologized for not being able to promise me a raise with it - I told her as long as I have a job right now I'm a happy girl - I can live without a raise.
