Question about Chobani Yogurt

I finally found some Chobani greek yogurt, but I am not sure about it. The ingrediant list includes sugar, and shows 13 grams of sugar on the nutritional panel. Is this the same stuff that everyone is talking? Just wanted to make sure. It certainly does have alot more protein, and since I wouldn't eat the whole container I won't be getting the sugar all at once. Thanks Belinda

You have to get the unflavored one.

The flavored ones (vanilla, peach, blueberry I think they are) all contain added sugars.

The plain one does not.  The plain one still has "sugars" on the nutritional label (NOT the ingredient list) but that is the natural sugars from the milk. On the FLAVORED ones, there is sugar listed in the ingredient list.

PS:  It's also why you need to flavor the chobani yogurt.  The plain one tastes like sour cream otherwise.

That being said - it's GREAT as sour cream in dips and on tacos and things like that!
