stickin' to the basics wednesday!
Hi Liz - I actually did pretty good on my plan yesterday, and substituted leftovers at dinner with a small side salad and grilled chicken snacker from Micky D's. Here is today's plan:
B: Breakfast casserole; 1/2 lite eng muffin w/sf jelly
S: Banana
L: Turkey & cheese on ww wrap; grapes
S: SF pudding
D: Salad w/chicken, hb egg, beets
S: NOTHING - I am cutting out evening snacking since I can't seem to snack on anything other than CARBS.
