Good Morning all!! I am 2+ years out and suffering prissy pouch today...

B: english muffin with light cream cheese, ricotta
S: cheddar cheese
L: have to pick something up - salad probably
S: chocolate pudding
D: sometihng with chicken breasts and maybe broccoli
S: not sure - maybe more ricotta or pudding

what's on your menu today?

Hi Liz - I am suffering from a raging headache today so not sure what I'll be eating - so far I had a piece of breakfast casserole and that seems to be sitting okay since my tummy is also a tad upset. think I'll take it easy today and see what I'm hungry for later.

Hi Liz!  It's been awhile since I posted what I ate.  So here it is...

8 oz.  100% Tropicana Pure and Natural OJ
8 oz. Strawberry Kefir Smoothie
yoplait yo-plus
roasted red pepper hummus with carrots, cucumbers and grape tomatos
turkeysalsalito, slice of american cheese wrapped in a salsa tortilla & strawberries
apple
Moraccan veggie and fish soup  (it's a new one for me)

lots of water, decaf tea and my vitamins
