I've been taking Vitamin Shoppe Calcium 1000mg with vit. D. I just noticed that the full dose is in 4 pills! Some how I never noticed this before, so I've only been taking 1 for over a year! Hope noone else has made the same mistake!
yup- that's me. i just found out last week that i am deficient in calcium. i knew the dose was four and was splitting them 2 and 2....but apparently that isnt right or enough for me. so im switching to bariatric advantage to see if that works. ugh
