Are there any people who have revised their RNY in PA? I signed on a couple of months ago in order to get names, and I've seen one doc in PA and am set up to see a doc just over the border in NJ.
But, the last time I wrote I didn't ask to talk to anyone who ACTUALLY had had a revision. Are there any folks on this board in that boat? (Either you, or someone you know here.)
If you look back at my posts, you can get more of the story, but basically, things went south for me pretty quickly. I know know for sure what I have known in my gut (haha) since I had the surgery....food falls through me because my stoma is 4 cm. That's a little bigger than the US dollar coin.

I don't think anyone has had a revision here that posts frequently...but I'm not a hundred percent sure on that either.
Not that we are not interested and I'm trying to minimize you and your cir****tances, if you go under "forums" there is a revision surgery forum board. Although you might not find people in your (current) area that have had it done, perhaps you will be able to talk to people who have had the procedure done. Keep us updated, though! Congrats on being able to make those two appointments!

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

You may want to visit the DS forum, there are alot of folks there that have had revisions, I also think there is a specific revision forum too. You will definitely get some referrals from there, I am Dr. B patient and highly recommend him but don't know if he does revisions, but I would also suggest checking since he does all the surgeries. Good Luck on your research!!
