Good Morning All!! So as I was cruising the aisles at the store a week or so ago I found Fiber One Pancake Mix - I was a little leary because sometimes fiber stuff is well nasty - this was good! I used soy milk instead of water and added a splash of vanilla extract and oh so yummy!
Here's the stats
in 1/2 cup mix which made 2 4" (approx) pancakes which I was able to eat
180 calories
3.5 grams of fat
36g carbs
5g fiber
4g sugar (there is added sugar but it is about in the middle of the list - I was totally OK with them)
6g protein (plus what is in soy milk - I used about 1/2 cup, I think that is 4 grams +/-)
I topped them with a bit of smart balance and some sugar free log cabin syrup - yummy! Not great as an everyday thing but definately a great treat!
