Sticking to the basics - TGIF!!!

Good Morning All!!! I desperately need to grocery shop so this isn't my best menu...

B: 1/2 bagel with light cream cheese, decaf coffee with skim and splenda
S: yogurt - dannon lite and fit
L: dunno - ordering out
S: vanilla pudding
D: not sure - maybe eggs
S: protein shake - need to make up for the badness today! lol

What's on your plan for today?

Generally speaking over the weekend I do a "mass food prep" I get together cut up cheese, fruit, yogurts, ricotta in cups, pudding (I always make my own), and other little things that I can get for a grab and go before work.

L: Breakfast casserole maybe? Or tuna...

No problem Nicole!! I know that a lot of people read it and might get ideas even if they don't reply. IT also helps ME to be accountable because i know all those people are reading them!

Oh and on that note - I ended up having a grilled pork chop, corn and a little rice-a-roni for dinner with my Grandparents - forgot that they were coming over/
