DS and Keystone Insurance?

Hello, PA Board! I'm wondering if one of the local DSers on the board can help me with a question. Has anyone had success with having the DS surgery covered under Keystone POS? If so, was it difficult?

Jenna good luck with finding some answers. there are not alot of DSrs on here and I think the few PA people hang on the DS board.
