Kim Z is OUT of surgery!

I just got the call from Kim Zaffino's daughter.  Kim is out of surgery, out of recovery and on her way to her room.  Per Dr. Herman, Kim did very well throughout surgery.  I have little information aside from that, but what more do we really need???  Stella will call again later this evening for another update and I will be sure to post again at that point.  Kim has lots of support and is ready for the challenge related to recovering from her lower body lift.  GO KIM!!!
