Friday Roll Call

That's too funny because there are times we have done that. I'd want wings or something, and have to go to walmart to buy frozen ones, pick up all kinds of other random food I thought I wanted, get home and never eat anything, just pass out. Then the next morning what the hell I was thinking.............and this is POST surgery. Guess sometimes our minds still have that mind set, especially after too many shots of Jack Daniels.......LOL. thank goodness preggo hoemones don't have me doing that.

Today has me at work trying to get some butts in gear - good luck... I know...

After work I want to stop at a chocolate shop and get some sugar free items for Chris for Easter (OK and myself! lol) Then HOME!

Tomorrow I am going to go to Walmart and start getting the house ready for Easter, sunday hopefully has me in the garden!

Not sure what time your surgery is, but by now you might be in the OR and I am sending positive healing vibes your way. . .

Thanks to everyone for your kind and encouraging words, it helps so much to have you guys in my corner and since Friday usually has few job postings, I am using my "employer  " to say hey.

My day today consists of going to my son's house to hang out with the "wee ones", Vaughn and Miss Avery, while their parents have dentist and doctor appointments.  Then I will come home and do some touch up painting and begin the process of moving into my new bedroom space, as Sunday, my friends are coming to move my furniture into the new bedroom and living space.  This is really exciting, as my home is now very close to the vision I dreamed of when I bought it 6 years ago.  The work my friend did in building it for me, was first class and I am grateful for that and it is part of the reason I refuse to believe that I won't find a job that will keep me in this house.  Anyway, that's my day plan and I hope to see many of you at Barix tomorrow.

Good morning everyone - Kim, best of luck to you today on your surgery - I know everything is going to be just fine.

I'm at work - soggy drive in this morning but most people took is slow and easy. My folks are back in the office today - had to run back out in the rain to pick my boss up at the car rental shop. Earn some brownie points maybe?

Not much going on today - weekend should be busy with cleaning, getting my hair refurbished, nails done - maintenance - very expensive maintenance! Other than that nothing too exciting on my agenda.

ps: Our local classic rock station is going down to Citizens Bank Park this morning to have their annual 'Blessing of the Balls' for this season's Phillies - it worked last year - could we have a repeat?!

Hey everyone!   Happy Friday!

Kim, we'll be thinking of you today!    

I have a pretty exciting weekend ahead of me!   Tonight my mom's coming, and we're going shoping before norm gets home from work, then we'll all go out to dinner.   His parents are staying over, along with my mom for the night.  

Tomorrow morning at 10 my mom and I are going for our hair/makeup trial for the wedding...   then my maid of honor, maria, is meeting us here, and at 2:00 we're going for my first dress fitting <3   then out to lunch, and Norm is going to Shippensberg saturday into Sunday, so Maria and I are going to have a much needed girls night!

I'm so excited for this weekend!!!

Easy day here - work all day and then blessedly...HOME for the evening.  I even did a little bit of grocery shopping last night so that I would have something to make for dinner tonight.  My boyfriend loves the way I make hamburgers, so I thought I would treat him to them tonight since he has a long day at work.   It won't be long before I'll be easing up on the cooking for a while.  He's such a sweetie - he has already offered to not eat in front of me after I have my surgery.  I told him that maybe just the first week so.....then I will have to get used to other people eating things that I can't.  I love him for being so thoughtful and supportive

Tomorrow I'm picking up my C-pap machine, which means I can call Dr. Pupkova's office on Monday to schedule my surgery !!  Woo hoo for me !!

Hi everyone,

Nothing too exciting planned for me today. I had a hard time getting moving this morning....not feeling my best.
I took the kids to the bus stop and then home and back to bed for me. Slept for two hours and then here I am on line. My kids have a half day of school today so I was thinking of taking them somewhere fun this afternoon.....any suggestions?

I am looking forward to the meeting at Barix tomorrow. I have had a rough week and could use some good support. I hope you all have a great day today and I hope the sun comes out!!

Slept in this morning.  Good rainy day for it.  Nothing much planned.  Just enjoying last days of vacation.  Got everything done I wanted to yesterday including washing and waxing my car.  That explains the miserable weather.    Have a great day everyone.
