Waiting to hear if my offer was accepted on the home I found Wednesday. If this one doesn't work out, I give up.

Update!!! Offer accepted, inspection is 4/11 at 9 am, settlement is 5/22/09, I can't wait.

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.

I'm outta the loop - I didn't realize the second house fell through.

Just means that the right Nan house hasn't showed it's front porch yet, Nan!  I will keep my fingers and toes and legs (cause we can do that now, don't you know) for you.  But even if this one doesn't work out, something, somewhere, sometime, WILL

I've had about 5 of them not work out.  This one is in pristine condition.  I just hope it is as it appears to be.  The condo fees are low and the upkeep is doable.  Pictures in my profile.

Well I am keeping my fingers crossed for you. I know you have been at this for awhile and am sure it's getting frustrating.

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

Despite what they show on HHGTV, house hunting isn't fun. It starts to suck after a while.

I looked for almost a year before I found the perfect place.

You'll find yours too!

I know how hard it was for our offer not be accepted when we were house hunting... it sucked hard core... but it worked out and now looking back I'm glad that we didn't get that house because now bring pregnant again... we would of had no room for this baby... let alone all of Lorelei's toys lol...

Good luck!!

Hi Nan - when I realized you hadn't been posting in a while I was hoping it was because you were in the midst of moving and settling into your new house - I'm sorry the others haven't worked out but you know what 'they' say - everything happens for a reason. Not something you necessarily want to hear when things get crappy, but this new place in Royersford looks great, so I sincerely hope it works out for you - love that little courtyard!

Keep us posted - wishing you all the best with this.

Kathy

I was laying off the boards due to the death of my Mom.  I will be laying low for about 11 months.

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.
