I had my 7 month post yesterday. Im doing great they say. I feel great most of the time. Gonna up my cal alittle. I feel tired mid afternoon each day. So im going to try to take in more water.

Ive lost since my start of this journey Feb 08 till now 140 lbs.  since surgery 120 lbs.   Size 22/24 jeans and 4x shirt to a 8/10 and med-lrg shirt.

I feel so blessed and even though im still working as hard as i can, i know i can do more.

I want to thank EVERBODY that has given me such great advice and help whenever i needed it. It is so important to have a great support system and I think anyone who has this surgery should be apart of this site and this great group of people!!! I feel very lucky to have found you all!!!

Way to go Tanya.  It gives me a good feeling to see your progress.  My first appointment with Dr. Petrick is on May 26th.  I am really looking forward to the journey and following the wonderful progress of other folks gives me the confidence to continue on.  Keep up the fantastic work.

Hey Stranger!! Congratulations on such a successful journey! You're doing fantastic and I'm so happy for you! How is everything going? Are you moving to Florida? The wedding pics were beautiful (if I hadn't told you before), so congratulations on that as well.

Don't be a stranger - I know life gets crazy but stop in once in a while and say hi!

Thanks Kathy!!

Well the school in Fl where he attended is looking to hire him but they are SLOW!!! Its been 2 months and we are still waiting on this and that. He has had a few interviews. He turned down the offer in Chicago. We both decided is wasnt for us or the kids! He has an interview with ACCUWEATHER in state college this week and another one  with another company on Monday. Which personally I hope he gets. Keeps us closer to home. Still in PA!! YEA!!!

Im gonna try to get back into the boards more often now!!!

I knew you were doing fantastically but lordy lordy I didn't realize HOW fantastically you are doing.  Talk about being a model patient for so many of us here and SUCH an inspiration.

I said this once to Kathy and I think Liz, too.  You have lost more than what I weigh now.  Would you like to carry me around for a day or two?  LOL

Congrats, beautiful.  Keep working the tool!

Pam
