Sleep Study results in for me too....

So, I was back at the Sleep Center this morning to have my follow-up consult after the studies. I have "mild" Sleep Apnea, so I'll be using the c-pap machine for 200 hours prior to surgery as per Dr. Pupkova's orders.  It's all good though, because even though I have to put in the time on the machine and I can now get my surgery date scheduled.

I'll have my 200 hours in by mid-May - just in time for pre-op testing.  June works out for me anyway, with the work commitments that I have. Having an actual date will make it very "real" for me.

Hope everyone had a great day.

Lisa - just see it as a stepping stone in your journey to a healthier lifestyle!! It may seem like a burden now but at least it is short term!

AWESOME Lisa!  Another "notch in your belt" if you will (and you will need LOTS of notches added to your belts to keep your pants up after surgery, LOL)

Congrats!
