Rushing to get out the door in the morning? This cool and refreshing smoothie takes just minutes to prepare, making it possible for you to enjoy a tasty and nutritious breakfast when you’re on the go.

Almond Energy Blast (Phase 1)

Description
You’ll go nuts for this creamy drink. Fresh almonds, along with silken tofu, yogurt, and soymilk, offer a satiating punch of protein that will help you power through the morning; it whips up quickly and travels well in a thermos for breakfast on the go. Silken tofu, available at health food stores and many supermarkets, is great for shakes and smoothies because of its smooth texture.
