Ummm meat... had to toss that in for our Queen Shauna and no eat meat stuff lol...

Anyways made burgers for dinner tonight and I thought that I would share what I put in them... yum!

2.5 pounds of 90% lean hamburger meat
1/4 cup of A1 sauce
4 tbsp of soy sauce
Goya seasoning- to taste- the yellow stuff in the bottle... Lore took the Lable off- it doesn't have pepper in it...
salt and pepper to taste

Mix together and coo****il it is done the way you like... btw- if you grill... use 85/15 hamburger meat or you never get them off the grill with the A1 sauce in it lol.

We make ours with Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, minced onion, minced garlic, and some old bay. We don't measure. LOL

We also sometimes just add Onion soup mix, or the dry packet of ranch dip mix. Those are real good.

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

Thanks Shannon! I want to try them like that! I never think to buy soy sauce - good thing that I am working on the grocery list right now so I can add it!

Chris has been hooked on the A1 Smoked Hickory sauce- he loves that in burgers.

I am more simple, salt, pepper and garlic powder. I have a slight, ok MAJOR garlic addiction! lol my friend teases me that I use it as a vegetable not a seasoning - guilty!

Thanks.... now I want a burger!

Liz

PS - if you have a "Five Guys" near you - try it burgers are awesome! OK and I am going to be a bad influence but the cajun fries are awesome! so are the regular ones with malt vinegar

Another fave is adding some hormel bacon bits to the hamburger meat with just salt and pepper and then some diced garlic and onion into the mix...

They are building 5 guys up here in reading- not far from our house- evil I tell ya lol... I think it might be open late summer/fall time... but Jeremy will eat at one every so often at the KOP mall... but ugh vinegar yuckie... hehehe...

Hmmmm...I think there's a veggie burger in the freezer here somewhere...behind the frozen SF popsicles?  Hidden next to the leftover low carb wraps?  Under the no sugar added flash frozen blue berries?  Oh wait!  There they are!  Whew!  Now...how to make that microwave work..............................

Here's a paper bag for you to breathe in before I even start.

It's a veggie burger.  You need the stove, not the microwave.

That's the thing in your kitchen that has either little flames that come out of the top when you turn a knob or little hot red discs on the top when you press a button.

Jordan should know how it works.....
