PRAYERS PLEASE

It's been a while since I've posted and will keep it short.  My soon to be 10 year old daughter was taken into Lehigh Valley Hospital by her mother a couple hours ago and was immediately taken in for emergency surgery to have her appendix removed.  I am scared to death because I don't know anything about appendicitis and surgery on a 10 year old scares the hell out of me.  I am frantically trying to find a ride to LVH because it's 1 1/2 hours away and I have a suspended drivers license.  Please keep my little baby in your prayers.  Thank you.

Here's praying that your little girl is OK and I am sure that she will come though the sugery with flying colors - their little bodies are resilient - I had mine out at more then twice her age and it was a challenge. She'll be fine and is in the best of hands! that is one of the top hospitals in the NE

You and your daughter are in my thoughts and prayers, Andy - I'm sure she'll be just fine and you're probably a lot more scared and worried than she is. Kids are tough and bouce back fast. Keep us posted on her recovery, and relax dad - she's going to be fine.
