Gas ????

OK, I am almost two years out, so this isn't a new problem - but - why is it we have so much gas?  Someone told me it's all the calcium (citrate)  we take.  Is that true?  If not, what then?  Some days it is so much worse than others and gas-x doesn't seem to help.
Just needed to vent!
Thanks,
Eileen

Sadly I always seem to have a bit of gas - nothing too bad unless I eat a protein bar - they really mess with my tummy, but they're so handy for those days when I just don't seem to be able to get enuf protein in. Its more tummy-rumbling than anything but sometimes I must dash to the bathroom!

I think this is something we're always going to have an issue with - then again my sister has always, always, always dealt with bad gas and she's not a bypass patient.
