How long....
Hey Heather
Sorry you are not feeling too great. I'm thinking that it is probably a combination of stuff - meds, anesthesia, emotional let down. We have put our bodies and our minds through a lot. Getting ready for surgery required getting emotionally psyched with lots of hopes and expectations. Now that it is over, it's back to facing everyday life. There are many questions running through my mind, as I am sure there are similar in your mind. Thank goodness for Effexor!
I am very tired and just want to sleep, sleep, sleep. I stopped those pain meds immediately because I can't stand them. I'm still somewhat nauseous but maybe it's antibiotic. As soon as I got home from Dr. I put some deodorant on which they said I can do, but it's probably different since I did not have my arms done.
Take care and be easy on yourself. Call if you want to chat.
I'm sorry to hear you're so blue. It's alos due to a comlete lack of exercise. You are used to hitting the karate school 5 days a week and the gym almost as many. All of the endorphins are shot to sh*t. Shoot for the treadmill...your allowed and it's going to make a big difference int he healing...both mentally and physically. And the BIGGEST thing of all...I LOVE YOU...and Jordan too
