Nice to see that you guys are getting together on this type of platform.  We meet monthly out here in southeastern PA and incorporate a cooking class into a WLS support group that is always a BLAST.  We meet in the best equipped kitchen in the area of one of the best cooks.  She can convert anything into WLS friendly food it seems.  If you have questions on our success be sure to ask-we'll be happy to throw some idea's out there!  We end up throwing money into a jar or bringing ingredients for pre-planned recipes and there is never any expenditure.  Have fun!

Hi Jena, I am in Rochester, would love a cooking/recipe club..I had my surgery 12/2 and have lost 75 lbs so far, getting lots of walking and exercise in...where did you have your surgery? I had Dr Quinlan at St Margerets...anyway   drop me a line   Dan
