Sticking to the Basics Monday

Good Morning All!!!

I did a lot of prep yesterday so hopefully I have plenty of good food choices for the week

B: bacon egg & cheese on an english muffin
S: cheddar cheese
L: quinoa salad with veggies, feta and leftover roast beef
S: s/f cherry jello
D: I'll either order out with my grandparents or leftover roast beef
S: chocolate pudding

What's on the menu for today?

Good Morning Liz. Today promises to be a much better eating day for me. Yesterday wasn't "bad" food but I didn't eat hardly at all. Wasn't feeling too great.

B: Special K Protein cereal w/ soy milk
S: Applesauce
L: Chili
S: peaches
D: Steak and Brussell sprouts
S: ???

Jo - I did round 2 tests on the marshmallows - MASSIVE failure! lol Then I realized that they wrote the recipe wrong - I'll try again one night this week - I have faith and my mouth is really watering for that darn rice krispie treat! lol

Well I know how persistent you can be so I have no doubt you will figure it out. And oh my, I lOVE those things. In fact, a girl at the other office makes about 2 batches per week and it KILLS me to walk past them! LOL

B: Sausage, egg & cheese mini-quiche; 1/2 lite english muffin
S: Banana
L: Lite lunchmeat w/cheese on arnold bakery round; grapes
S: SF pudding
D: Breakfast casserole, sausage
S: XXXX

E: Hoping to get to the clubhouse on their treadmill - if not I'll do my bike.
