I'm so messed up.

I finally had my EGD. My pouch is 4 cm, and my stoma is 4 cm. No wonder I never feel full and have to use the bathroom all the time.

But what can anyone do for me? I would trade for my old anatomy back. At least then sometimes I felt full. I'm now hungry all the time but never full. It's terrible.

How does this get fixed? I feel so messed up.

Appears not to work and insurance won't pay. I'm not a candidate either, according to the doc. Damn thing is probably too big.

I have NEVER posted a reply like this, but I would be looking for a lawyer to fight for the insurance company to HAVE to pay for the repair and/or a surgeon who would fight for the repair, like Dr Brader at Lancaster General in Lancaster PA.  I put myself in your shoes and that's what I'd be doing.  I hope I didn't cross any lines with you.  Take care.

I almost NEVER NEVER NEVER believe in revisions.

I think, however, that you do for "real" reasons and not just the "I'm not following the program and therefore want to make my pouch and/or my stoma smaller"  Those are most of the people I see requesting revisions.

See a few WLS surgeons and see what they say.

Good luck to you!

Pam
