Still losing weight...

Okay I have posted about this before but I have my period and still managed to lose another 4lbs. HELP!! I am freaking out. I did call the doctor and she told me to keep my protein goals to 70grams. I am getting worried as I am not doing anything differently. Infact for the first time today I went to Chick Filet and ordered Waffle fries and maybe had two fries but they are making me sick. Don't get me wrong I am not trying to stablize my weight by eating bad but I felt like I wanted a couple of those fries today.

I started the morning with Yogurt and Kashi Cereal. A handful of trail mix and for lunch I was only able to down half of the chicken sandwich and literally 2 fries. I don't even want to think about dinner as I have been working late at work and usually end up just drinking a glass of milk before going to bed. Do you think I am not getting enough calories??

Oh BTW my 5 year old daugther was helping me put away laundry last night and she saw my underwear and told me "Mommy that is one big underwear". LMAO. It is a size 6 undies for god's sake. Anyway sorry for rambling on and on but I am seriously freaking out here and don't want to keep bothering the doctor with these kinds of question every two weeks. Any suggestions??

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

I don't know what to tell you sweetikins.  I don't have that particular problem, maybe Bubbles can say what she did to stop.

I can only account for about 650 cals. tops so far in your day via Fitday.  That's not a whole lot.  If you want to maintain you'll probably need to do about 1300-1500, especially if you are working out which you do.   Of course you are still losing.  And, might I say, I'm flippin jealous as all get out!  (Sorry, I know this is hard for u, not minimizing your frustrations ;-)    Eat up, girlfriend!

Jackie I am so with you I am secretly jealous, I never got to the GOAL weight I was thinking but that is ok. Up your calories, and know this when you are further out, you will probably have some bounce back weight gain

Shilpa, honey, you need to eat more!!!  FOR REAL!!!  You're definitely not getting in enough calories.  I really didn't do anything different than what I had been doing...well, maybe I started eating a little more, but basically my weight stopped.  Thank goodness, because as with you, I was freaking out and didn't want to lose any more.

I seriously would eat more.  Get in as many meals as you can.  I was never one to do the 5 or 6 meal thing EVER!!  But I did start to become more hungry and  so I probably eat 4 or 5 times a day now as opposed to 2 or 3 before.  Just up your calories and the amount of times you're eating a day and you should be fine.  xoxo

Hi. I'm only 3 months into the post-RNY life, but it seems to me that the veterans are on to something about getting enough calories.  I know how busy the day can get, but I really force myself to make sure and get my three meals in a day -- even if I am too busy.  The three meals seem to be so critical for general sustenance. Plus, are you having a small snack mid-morning or late afternoon?  Perhaps a tasty peanut protein bar might work -- a low sugar, high protein variety.  Good luck stabilizing your weight!  Warm wishes, r
