Good Morning.

I am still not feeling 100% but here is the forcasted plan

B: 100 calorie english muffin with lf cream cheese - fage
S: cheddar cheese
L: ordering something out - didn't have the energy to pack it (pathetic I know)
S: l/f s/f tapioca pudding
D: maybe scrambled eggs? This seems to be my most nauseous part of the day - last night I got in about 5 bites of steak and I was done.
S: fruit - if it sits - see above note...

What is on your menu today?

Good morning to all,
I started this am with tomato soup to which I added a scoop of plain any whey to up the protein. I didn't realize that campbells tomato soup has hfcs as its second ingredient. Bottom line it was way too sweet with the any whey powder added. A dash of hot sauce helped, but today I am going to search out a tomato soup receipe that I can make myself, minus the added sugar. I had ordered, and received in the mail the whole 5 day pouch test kit and I got their cookbook too. While I haven't officially started the 5 day program, I plan to this weekend, I am trying to eat withalot more mindfulness, so that I pay attention to the full signals from my pouch early, rather than eating too many extra bites, leading to discomfort and reget. My whole body is screaming with sorness today, as I did alot of spring clean up in the yard. If I feel this sore at 50, I cringe to think how I could feel at 60 or 70 or 90! Another good reason to stick with regular weight lifting and aerobic exercise all year long. I hope everyone has a productive and peaceful day.
