I just got this in an email and when I get a chance (and extra money) I am going to get some fish to make this... I got this from South Beach Diet...

A Flavorful Fish Dinner

This delicious fish entrée is a great source of heart-healthy omega-3s and is sure to delight your whole family. Feel free to marinate the fish a day in advance to maximize the flavor from the seasonings.

Baked Sea Bass With Chermoula (Phase 1)

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes

Description
Chermoula is a flavorful Moroccan condiment, most often used in fish dishes although it’s also fantastic on chicken, beef, and lamb. If sea bass is unavailable, try salmon, monkfish, or cod. You can use parsley in place of cilantro—or a mix of both.

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients
1 bunch cilantro, leaves and stems intact
4 garlic cloves, peeled
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
4 (6-ounce) sea bass fillets
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
Heat oven to 450° F.

Chop cilantro, garlic, cumin, red pepper flakes, and a large pinch of salt in a food processor; with the machine running, drizzle in oil and lemon juice.

Season both sides of fish with salt and pepper. Spread one-quarter of the chermoula in an ovenproof baking dish, lay fish on top, and cover evenly with remaining chermoula. Bake until fish is opaque and tender, 12 to 15 minutes. Serve hot.

To me you need to buy fish super fresh so you don't get that fishy smell or taste... sea bass is an awesome fish for that reason! Once you go to soft foods and make this don't use the red pepper flakes... that much spice might make your new baby tummy hurt so maybe use just a pinch of chili powder for the heat but it won't freak out the new tummy!
