Sticking to the basics Tuesday

So it is going to be another beautiful day!
 
I so blew my meal plan yesterday... I ate everything on the list and MORE! I couldn't get enough food - not sure what that was all abuot, it was mostly good stuff though. Here is the attempted plan for today

B: bacon egg and cheese on a whole grain english muffin
S: mozzarella cheese
L: chicken and broccoli with a bit of angel hair pasta
S: cheddar cheese
D: sushi
S: s/f tapioca pudding

a large iced decaf coffee, LOTS of water!

I forgot to post yesterday. I was so busy with work and appts......LOL.
So here is today......

B: Special K protein Cereal w/ Soy milk
S: banana
L: Lean cuisine panini
S: 1/2 PB and SF J sandwich
D: Hamburger Helper (no flaming! I am craving the crap!) LOL
S: String cheese

Morning everyone - Liz, I think that's one of the weirdest things I experience since I've had WLS - there are days when I think I can't get enough food into me but the good thing is they're still small portions going in, not huge ones. And then there are other days when I feel like i have to force food into myself - really strange, these bodies of ours.

Yesterday I forgot we were having pizza lunch so I had a slice of pizza instead of my sandwich.

Here is my plan for today:

B: Sausage, egg & cheese quiche; 1/2 lite eng muffin w/sf jelly
S: Banana and strawberries
L: Lite turkey, cheese & ham sandwich on arnold bakery round; grapes
S: SF pudding
D: Taco salad (homemade)
S:  Nuts

E: 30 minutes (minimum) on my bike; hand weights

enjoy your sushi now... because once pregnant... it is bye byes to it mahahaha... sorry I like my meat dead good and dead lol...

LOL it ended up being steak instead - went to a different grocery store. I don't like the raw su****he one that I get is brown rice, cucumber, cream cheese, and those imitation crab legs :)

ummm steak... i want steak... really really bad... but Jeremy is allergic to something in fake crab and lobster meat lol... isn't that funny!

Still a good choice. I still had Hamburger Helper! LOL. Not a healthy choice at all but Oh so good.
