I know exactly how you are feeling, I am 7 weeks and only losing a little here and there , not the pound a day I was losing. I talked to my nutritionist today and she said that I am basically starving myself ( i am consuming between 300 & 500 calories a day) she said I need at least 800 to1000 a day. Who would have thought to little food would make you not lose any weight. Plus with working out everyday and walking 4 miles a day, I am burning more than I am consuming. I guess I will have to try my best to eat more. Maybe you are i n the same boat.
